It involves monitoring the activities and operations in different departments to identify any deviations from what is planned and necessary measures taken to make it right. The manager identifies the department that is not working and decides on what to do. However problematic areas can be identified earlier enough and right measures taken.

Employees are very important as they assist every organization to do manual work. Labor is basically one thing that is necessary for a firm to do its operations and actually it is the reason why it is identified as an important factor of production. The human resource department is set by managers to see into this factor and it is responsible for hiring new employees and overseeing their work. Managers should however come up with ideas that are going to make the employees work harder and more productive.
